Barons Quay Art Development

Artist Katayoun Dowlatshahg has designed a Medieval inspired piece of public art for Barons Quay. Developers, Cheshire West and Chester Council, commissioned the artist to memorialise Northwich’s salt mining history by combining the past with the new modern Barons Quay development.
