A community support drop-in service designed to be an accessible, one-stop place where people can get advice, guidance, and practical help without needing an appointment, offering support from a variety of partner organisations (subject to availability on the day). This usually includes, but is not limited to: Citizens Advice, Connect to Work Employment Support, Carers Trust / Let’s Talk, Social Prescribers, Adult Social Care, and Early Help Navigators.

Colleagues from the Refugee and Asylum Seeker Team often attend; however, you would need to check with them directly before advertising their presence publicly, due to safety considerations. Please contact:
