POP-UP ART GALLERY IN BARONS QUAY

Following the success of their annual Art Trail in July, Visual Arts Cheshire is hosting a season of exhibitions at a new pop-up gallery in Barons Quay, Northwich.
Friday 19th August saw the opening of an exhibition from the Weaver Vale Art Society which has over a hundred paintings, plus greetings cards, prints and a range of other items created by their members.
The Weaver Vale group were founded over ten years ago. The group currently have over twenty members including semi-professional and amateur artists.
The exhibition which runs until Saturday 24th September is open Thursday to Saturday each week, and throughout this time several of the exhibiting artists will be at the gallery working on new paintings, as well as being available to meet visitors to the gallery.
A series of workshops will also be running at the gallery and details of these can be found at the gallery and the Northwich Art Shop.
The gallery is opposite Wildwood at Barons Quay, visitors can view the wide range of paintings from local artists, which are also for sale.
The pop-up gallery is supported by Barons Quay and the Northwich BID.
